Open weld heads

• There are many different, easy operatable open weld heads to choose from to cover an application area of OD 12mm up to OD 273mm.
• First class weld heads and can be equipped with a cold wire feeder, water cooled or gas cooled torches.
  

Closed weld heads

• There are a range of closed weld heads to choose from for many areas of application. 
• These weld heads include: CWH 21, CWH 38, CWH 53, CWH 76, CWH 115

Forming gas double plugs

• There are 7 different sizes of plugs in a range of colours including white and black.
• Made of silicone, shore hardness 35 and diameter ranges from 10mm to 110mm. Heat resistant up to 300° C max. Pipe and Tube compatible.

Purge caps

• These caps have been printed using a 3D printer and available from DA 6mm to DA 323mm.

V-Blocks

• There are two different V-Blocks to choose from and use a DA from 6mm to 53mm and 12mm to 115mm.
• V-Blocks are made from a continuous cast profile.
  

Turn tables

• Turn 100, Turn 250 and roller systems, Wire feed capable. Welder programme compatible (adjust the speed from the welder programme). Perfect for repetitive jobs and hard to weld small spool pieces.
  

Tube-to-tubesheet weld heads

• There is a wide range of tube-to-tubesheet weld heads to choose from.
• Wire fed weld heads for heat exchanger applications.

Rolling system

• Rolling system for big diameter spools.
• Like on each other of our weld heads, this one communicates with our orbital welding machines in real-time.
  

Linear welding devices

• The OS linear units can be ordered from 100 mm to 3,000 mm. 
• These linear welding devices can be used for applying of material on surfaces, welding of corner seams on metal boxes, welding of strips and many more.

Tube facers

• They are called tube machines that are necessary for an edge-free and rectangular weld preparation.
• They are high quality tube machines TF 1.5 and TF 4.5. The best solution for your pipe ends preparation in orbital welding!
  

Remote controls

• You can operate your orbital welding system using a wireless remote control system or using a Bluetooth (class 1) 7“ Windows-remote control tablet.
• These include: RC TouchOne, RCplus+ wireless, RCplus+, RCplus Connect, RCprofessional
  

Cold wire feeders

• A compactable equipment piece that can be operated with the open weld heads OWH and the turn tables.
• There are three different types to choose (CWF-1 – 1 kg wire spool, CWF-5 – 5 kg wire spool and CWF-15 – 15 kg wire spool.
